RevHaus Terms of Service

Welcome to RevHaus. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RevHaus facilities, services, memberships, events, and digital platforms (collectively, the "Services"). By becoming a member or using our Services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Membership Eligibility

RevHaus membership is selective and application-based. By submitting an application, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Membership is contingent upon approval by RevHaus management and may be denied or revoked at any time for violations of these Terms.

2. Payment & Billing

All membership dues and fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the membership tier selected. Payment information is securely collected at the time of application. Charges will only occur upon application approval unless otherwise stated.

Membership dues are non-refundable except as required by law.

Late or failed payments may result in restricted access or suspension.

RevHaus reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice.

3. Use of the Facility

Members are expected to treat the facility, staff, and fellow members with respect at all times.

No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances allowed.

Use of designated areas (e.g. meeting rooms, lounges, cigar lounge) must follow scheduling rules and access limitations based on membership tier.

Guests must be accompanied at all times and follow all rules. Members are responsible for their guests’ conduct.

RevHaus is monitored by security systems for the safety of all members and staff.

4. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke membership for any behavior deemed disruptive, dangerous, disrespectful, or misaligned with the RevHaus brand and community culture. This includes, but is not limited to:

Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior

Damage to property

Sharing access codes or credentials

Inappropriate use of the space or amenities

5. Event Access & RSVPs

Some events and experiences are limited by tier or require RSVP. RevHaus reserves the right to limit entry based on capacity, conduct, or prior attendance behavior. No-shows or repeated violations of RSVP policies may impact future access.

6. Cancellations & Termination

Members may cancel their membership with 30 days’ written notice. RevHaus may suspend or terminate memberships without refund if a member violates these Terms, exhibits behavior harmful to the community, or fails to meet payment obligations.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, logos, and designs provided by RevHaus are the property of RevHaus and may not be used or reproduced without express permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RevHaus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including physical injury, theft, loss, or property damage on the premises.

Members assume full responsibility for their actions while at the facility or participating in RevHaus events or experiences.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are made, we will notify members via email or post updates on our website. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
